Community Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic team players to join our Community Teams (across various levels: entry level to mid-career) for existing and upcoming properties in Hong Kong. Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day property operations, executing marketing strategies and planning and coordinating events. The Community Team will report to the Operations Manager and work with other Community Associates, Community Lead and corporate team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the corporate Experience team
  • Resolving resident issues with professionalism and patience
  • Analyzing and reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience
  • Conducting property tours to support Weave’s leasing strategy when needed
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various technology platforms including resident portal, property management system etc
  • Managing community initiatives designed to develop resident relationships, especially twice-a-month public events to help build both brand and property awareness
  • Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the corporate Marketing team
  • Coordinating third party vendors, deliverables and brand partnership commitments at the properties
  • Assisting Operations Manager in leading the Community team in cost controlling, analyzing internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

Eligibility:

  • Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates will be offered either Community Associate or Community Lead positions based on experience level
  • Strong people skills – approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
  • Professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting
  • Experience in multi-tasking between various departments over several business functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus
  • Experience in coordinating events will be a plus
  • Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment
  • Flexibility in schedule – work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift

Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Your central goal is to help grow the Company’s brand and product reach locally and internationally to drive leasing leads while also increasing brand loyalty, awareness and prospective customers’ data acquisition. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in performance marketing, website optimisation, SEO, SEM, A/B testing and Google Analytics. This role is regional as part of our rapid expansion throughout Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets with senior management
  • Develop and implement strategies for targeting both B2C and B2B clients
  • Plan and manage the performance of our social media platforms / digital marketing campaigns which includes paid search, affiliates network, performance display and content display push
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etc
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
  • Prepare accurate reports on our digital marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Work with the management team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop good knowledge and understanding of the co-living sector and our target demographic including mapping our competitors’ digital marketing campaigns
  • Report on latest trends and technologies in hospitality and co-living sector

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in planning and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for APAC region
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in English as well as spoken and written Chinese
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Some agency experience would be advantage
  • Experience with top/trending SEO tools
  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CSS is required
  • Highly analytical and independent

Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a super creative, independent and talented team player to join our team in Hong Kong to provide graphic design support as part of our rapid expansion throughout Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a variety of marketing collaterals that meet our brand guidelines, including email campaigns, digital ad banners, adverts, flyers, signage, exhibition stands, brochures, templates, property hoardings and company stationery
  • Assist in the production of both print and digital marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Deliver a range of ideas and design assets for campaigns and brand led projects that meet the set brief and provide a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Carry out photography retouching and image enhancement
  • Assist in the management of digital materials, photography and video

Eligibility:

  • Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Requirements:

  • Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in design or related disciplines
  • Experience in a junior or assistant graphics designer role within a consumer facing marketing team
  • A good knowledge of design software including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • A good understanding and appreciation of branding and the ability to contribute to creative ideation
  • A contemporary design aesthetic and interest in graphic design, typography and advertising
  • Experience of using design guidelines for creating consistency within collateral
  • Exceptional layout skills in print and online
  • Knowledge of the print process and setting up files ready for production
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and projects, both independently and collaboratively with other team members to deliver consistently and to a high standard
