Interior Designer Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and talented team player to join our team in Hong Kong to provide Interior
Design support as part of our expansion. You will report to the Director of Projects.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Work with senior in coordinating and liaising with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project quality & efficiency
  • Project concept and drafting
  • Interior design to residential buildings in Hong Kong and APAC
  • Handle meeting & presentation documents

Eligibility:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design with minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design or related discipline, and/or direct commercial experience

Graphic Designer Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and talented team player to join our team in Hong Kong to provide graphic design support as part of our expansion. You will report to the VP – Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • To ensure translation of creative execution is consistent in design and on brand across all medium
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to develop innovative designs
  • Ideate, render, and prototype with a wide variety of compelling colour, material, and finishes
  • Analyze and deliver clear and concise feedback to improve the quality of assets/deliverables
  • To implement brand signage needs
  • To translate marketing messages into a creative communication that excite and inspire residents and add to their unique experience
  • To execute and implement creative concept for all communication activities
  • To liaise and oversee colour separators and printers on technical production work
  • To ensure designs are within allocated budget and delivered on time
  • To ensure all completed projects are filed correctly following the Brand Creative process
  • Contribute story-driven, forward-thinking colour palettes

Events Coordinator

About the Role:

We’re looking for an outgoing and experienced Event Coordinator to join our Experience team in Hong Kong. Working closely with on-site Community teams, your aim is to curate and conceptualise a series of appealing events (on-site and brand-wide) for our Weave community, increasing resident engagement, initiating brand partnerships to increase resident benefits and working with our Marketing team to promote event and partnership initiatives. This role will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer and works closely with the operations, marketing and community teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside our Community teams to oversee, plan and organise an engaging event calendar for each property based on our Weave Experience pillars and residents’ interest
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Community teams, managing the performance of events, analysing them and adjusting strategies to exceed goals
  • Increase interaction among Weave residents by conceptualising interesting events
  • Oversee weekly and monthly event budgets and expenditures of different teams
  • Organise brand-wide events to increase reach of Weave’s brand and community
  • Working closely with Marketing to create promotion visuals for event and partnership efforts, assuring promotion across social media platforms and monitoring on-brand visuals resulting from events
  • Initiating brand partnerships to increase benefits for Weave residents, developing interesting events and crafting the overall event experience
  • Establish and build new relationships that help build-up brand awareness and engagement
  • Managing launches of new locations across Asia Pacific
  • Monitoring and delivering on Weave’s Experience standards and resident expectations to deliver the greatest possible customer experience and to differentiate Weave and its Co-Living offering relative to competitors

Community Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic team players to join our Community Teams (across various levels: entry level to mid-career) for existing and upcoming properties in Hong Kong. Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day property operations, executing marketing strategies and planning and coordinating events. The Community Team will report to the Operations Manager and work with other Community Associates, Community Lead and corporate team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the corporate Experience team
  • Resolving resident issues with professionalism and patience
  • Analyzing and reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience
  • Conducting property tours to support Weave’s leasing strategy when needed
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various technology platforms including resident portal, property management system etc

Community Curator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and energetic team player to join our Experience team in Hong Kong to assure the company is curating and cultivating a strong community of Weave residents, creating a unique customer experience at our properties and developing resident content and community engagement. This role will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer and works closely with the operations, marketing, community and events teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and delivering on Weave’s Experience standards and resident expectations to deliver the greatest possible customer experience and to differentiate Weave and its co-living offering relative to competitors
  • Recognizing and anticipating to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our residents, monitoring feedback and continuously initiate action to improve the entire customer journey from search to move-out.
  • Nurturing a diverse network of Weave residents together with the Experience, Events and on-site Community teams by understanding residents’ interests and needs, increasing their involvement into the overall community and developing initiatives designed to create connections between residents.
  • Developing and monitoring a strong and consistent visual experience across all Weave properties to increase the overall living experience
  • Working with our Marketing and Events team to create engaging content by Weave residents – such as interviews, talks and initiating events.
  • Working with on-site community teams to deliver consistent customer service across key brand pillars of comfort, convenience and community and delivering a hassle-free city living experience to our residents

Digital Project Manager (Web & Chatbot)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Project Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong to manage projects and third-party developers in a fast-paced environment to ensure everything gets done on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

  • In charge of development, maintenance and enhancement of the official website and chatbot
  • Play a key role in overseeing new features and functionality for website from user requirements scoping to execution, UAT and implementation
  • Coordinate with UX/UI designers and developers to develop responsive/adaptive website based on user understanding, thorough QA and testing of deliverables that are produced by the development team before they are presented for sign-off
  • Champion the ongoing Content Management System of website, chatbot and app/portal after initial development
  • Maintain up-to-date project and task records in order to provide status updates to relevant internal teams and management
  • Assist with native apps development, creation, maintenance and improvement of business processes, internal QA procedure and project documentation e.g. flowcharts
  • Be comfortable with handling potentially high-pressure situations during emergencies, e.g. website crashes and mission critical bugs and work with internal teams and third-party developers where applicable

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology/System, Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in web/app technologies and coding [such as API integration, WordPress etc], and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Knowledge of JavaScript with production experience of modern JS frameworks including React/React Native, and UX/UI design would be a plus
