It was not business as usual in April and some creative thinking had to be involved to figure how to interact with our community this month.
Some of the things we used to do in person we had to move online. We did yoga classes and circuit training online which was a brand-new experience for most. We even got everyone involved in daily fitness challenges to make sure everyone stayed fit.
We also started games of Pictionary and Battleship via Instagram keeping our residents entertained. Trying to guess what our Community Curator Isaac was drawing lead to some very interesting insights – based on the guesses, apparently half the team looks like Mr Potato Head 🤣.
In order to help everyone keep their spirits up, the Community Team also prepared a care package for all our residents hoping to make it easier for them to social distance.
In times like this, it is important for us to acknowledge the contribution of our essential workers and we’d especially like to thank our fabulous Cleaning Team
