What is co-living?

Co-living is a new way of hassle-free, value-for-money accommodation for millennials and young professionals.

At Weave we offer private bedrooms with extensive shared spaces, social amenities, a calendar of events to suit different tastes and hotel-like concierge services in city centre locations.

What is the security like at Weave?

Our residents’ safety has always been our first priority. We have an on-site 24/7 Security Team, CCTVs in all shared spaces and corridors as well as security access control to the building and residential floors.

What is included in the license fee?

Our bedrooms are fully-furnished and all-inclusive of utilities, air conditioning and highspeed Wi-Fi. Regular housekeeping is performed as well as 24/7 Security and CCTV in all shares spaces. As a resident you will get instant access to our extensive shared spaces (fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, gym, reading room, games area, laundromat and a rooftop with stunning views of Victoria Harbour or Lion Rock) and receive invitations to all of our special Weave events.

Do I need to pay taxes, stamp duties or commissions?

The Licence Agreement does not require any stamp duty as it is not a Tenancy Agreement. If your Licence Agreement needs to be stamped, you can bring the signed original copy of your Licence Agreement to the Inland Revenue Department (Wanchai) and request an Adjudication Stamp for HK$ 50.

What services does Weave offer?

At Weave, our Community Team will never let you hang out to dry. Weave provides regular housekeeping and centralised maintenance services by our on-site teams. And to make your life even easier, you simply report the issue through our community platform and get it resolved in no time.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay of 6-months applies to ensure residents at Weave remain a close-knit community. But if you are looking for a short-term stay, for a limited time period we now also offer a special monthly rental plan: Flexi Plan. Please contact our Leasing Team for more information.

Can I bring my friends over?

Weave bedrooms are designed for single occupancy. You are of course welcome to bring friends over to enjoy our shared spaces. In addition, each resident has 6-nights of complimentary over-night guest stay per month.

What shared spaces can I enjoy?

By joining Weave you instantly get access to all of our shared spaces – including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, gym, reading room, games area, laundromat and a rooftop with stunning views of Victoria Harbour or Lion Rock.

What is the application process like?

No commitment or upfront payments are required before securing a bedroom. Just fill in the application form to tell us more about yourself and your bedroom preferences. Our Leasing Team will find the perfect match for you and will arrange for a viewing.

What is community living at Weave?

At Weave, you are offered a home to live, experience and inspire. From day one, you instantly get access to an inspiring community of like-minded people, with our fantastic on-site Community Team always available to make the lives of our residents as comfortable as possible.

As a Weave resident, you will receive invitations to our engaging calendar of events, offering you an avenue to not only connect with your fellow neighbours, but also to get involved and inspired by the greater Weave community.

Do you accept Credit Card payments?

Yes we do! You can fully pay your Licence Fee by credit card. Just think of those fat stacks of credit card rewards…

Are pets allowed?

We all love pets! However for safety and comfort of all our residents, we have a strict no-pets policy under the House Rules.

What are you doing in related to COVID-19 prevention for the residents?

We have done a variety of things, including extra sanitation, restriction of visitors, suspension of events and more to help our residents stay safe and healthy during this difficult time. More information about our measures can be found through this link.
