We’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions and answers about our residential communities here, but if we haven’t read your mind, feel free to ask. We would love to hear from you!

When will Weave on Boundary open?

Weave on Boundary opened in August 2018 and is a licensed guesthouse in Hong Kong.

Is it near the MTR station?

Definitely! One of our pillars at Weave Co-Living is Convenience! Weave on Boundary is located less than 1 minute walk from Exit D of the Prince Edward MTR station.

Is there a lift?

Yes, we have 2 security access controlled lifts for the safety and comfort for all of our Residents!

Is there security in the building?

The safety of our Residents is very important to us so we will have on-site security, CCTVs in all the common areas and corridors as well as security access control to the building and residential floors.

What is included in the rent?

We are all about hassle-free-living, so that means all our bedrooms are fully furnished and our prices are all-inclusive of rent, utilities (including super fast Wi-Fi, purified water on each floor), use of common areas (such as the gym, reading room, fully-equipped kitchen, pantries on each floor, rooftop) and regular housekeeping! Can’t get any better than that!

What is the minimum stay period?

Although we want you to stay forever, we understand that we must give our residents as much flexibility as possible. Our standard license term is 12 months but we can discuss your accommodation needs with you in more detail.

Can I move in with my partner?

Weave on Boundary bedrooms are designed for single occupancy. You can of course have visitors and friends who will need to be checked-in on our in-house app.

Are the bedrooms private?

At Weave on Boundary, all bedrooms are private with their own security door locking system.

Do I need to share a bathroom / toilet?

All our en-suite bedrooms have private bathroom and toilet. In our Quad Bedrooms, four residents share two showers and two toilets.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

We provide a set of towels to our residents as part of the Welcome Package. If you would like we also sell bed linen sets. Please contact the Community Team if you wish to purchase a set.

Is there a kitchen in my room?

We love cooking and think it is a great way to meet people and share experiences. Hence why we have a pantry on each resident floor and large fully-equipped shared kitchen on the 3/F with plenty of induction stoves, ovens, a large fridge and we also provide pots and pans for you to cook!

Are pets allowed?

We love pets however, for safety and comfort of all our Residents, having pets on Weave on Boundary is not permitted under the House Rules.

Why is there an application process?

The application process allows us to learn more about you regarding your interests.

When do applications open?

We accept online applications on an ongoing basis and process applications depending on availability.

What is the application process?

Our short application process is in place to understand more about you and your interests as a Resident of the Weave Community.

All applications must be completed via our website and our Leasing Team will be in touch with you by E-mail within a couple of days for the next step of the process. We generally process applications with a move-in date that is within 6 weeks of the date of application.

What are the Resident selection criteria?

We are an inclusive community and we look to bring together Residents from different professional and cultural backgrounds with varied interests.

Do you have female-only floors?

We plan to have female only floors at Weave on Boundary. Men are not allowed on these floors except members of our Security and Community Team.

Do I get an individual mailbox?

Yes, every bedroom has its designated mailbox in the Lobby and lockers on each residential floor.

Who are the Community Team?

We have a fantastic Community Team led by Mandy, our Community Manager for Weave on Boundary. They will be on-site 24/7 and you can communicate with them via the resident app – “Wally” and website.
