We’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions and answers about our residential communities here, but if we haven’t read your mind, feel free to ask. We would love to hear from you!

Where is Weave Co-Living located?

We have several location available in Hong Kong. Weave on Boundary is located in Prince Edward, while Weave on Baker is located in Hung Hom and will open in Nov 2019.

Is it near the MTR station?

Definitely! One of our pillars at Weave Co-Living is Convenience! Weave on Boundary is located less than 1 minute walk from Exit D of the Prince Edward MTR station. Weave on Baker is just 7 minutes’ walk from Hung Hom Railway Station and 15 minutes from Whampoa MTR Station.

Is there a lift?

Yes, we have security access controlled lifts for the safety and comfort for all of our residents!

Is there security in the building?

The safety of our residents is very important to us so we will have on-site security, CCTVs in all the common areas and corridors as well as security access control to the building and residential floors.

Who are the Community Team?

We have a fantastic Community Team led by Mandy, our Community Manager. They act as the welcoming face of Weave and are the primary point of contact for residents. The team provides an unrivaled experience and supports space operations and events.

Do I need to share a bathroom / toilet?

Availability of private bathrooms are dependent on room types. All en-suite bedrooms have private bathrooms and toilets; Trio and Quad rooms will share bathrooms and toilets with other residents in the same cluster.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

For hygiene purposes, we kindly ask our residents to bring their own bed linen. If you wish to purchase a fresh set of linen from us, feel free to contact the Community Team.

Is there a kitchen in my room?

We love cooking and think it is a great way to meet people and share experiences. Hence why we have a pantry on each resident floor and a large fully-equipped shared kitchen in the common area with plenty of induction stoves, ovens and a large fridge. Besides that do we also provide pots and pans for you to cook with!

When do applications open?

We accept online applications on an ongoing basis and process applications depending on availability.

Do I get an individual mailbox?

Yes, every bedroom has its designated mailbox in the Lobby and lockers on each residential floor.

Are the bedrooms private?

At Weave, all bedrooms are private with their own security door locking system.

What is included in the rent?

We are all about hassle-free-living, so that means all our bedrooms are fully furnished and our prices are all-inclusive of rent, utilities (including management fee, government rates, electricity, gas, water supply, air conditioning, pantry, gym, highspeed Wi-Fi, regular housekeeping and use of all common areas).
Currently the rate of our pay-per-use washing and drying machines on our common area is HK$45 per wash-dry cycle, detergents are included and automatically dispensed by the machine; iron and ironing board is available to borrow for free for our residents.

What is the minimum stay period?

In order to stabilize the Weave community , our minimum license term is 6 months. License term can also be customized based upon your needs.

Can I move in with my partner?

Our bedrooms are designed for single occupancy. You are of course welcome to bring friends and guests to enjoy our common area and residents are allowed to bring overnight visitors (limitations on number of nights do apply). Please refer to our house rules for further details.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, however for safety and comfort of all our Residents, having pets on Weave on Boundary is not permitted under the House Rules.

Why is there an application process?

Our short application process is in place to understand more about you and your interests as a Resident of the Weave Community.

What is the application process?

All applications must be completed via our website and our Leasing Team will be in touch with you by e-mail within a couple of days for the next steps of the process.
